If you're looking to add a site with database and/or MLS access this would probably be a task that you should consider looking into a web development company for. Although it will cost a bit more you'll save countless hours doing research on performing such tasks on your website.

Building a dental website can be an easy task and marketing your dental website will be relatively easy as well. If you read a bit about search engine optimization you'll find that it's a pretty simple process.
Where you'll have the benefit is that you're only looking for local traffic. You could care less about ranking well for real estate related search terms outside of your immediate area so your competition will be little to none.
You'd be surprised with the additional business that you get because the Yellow Pages are slowly becoming a thing of the past and people are spending more time researching online so a real estate website is a must.
