  • How To Write Quality Content To Make That First Dollar

writing unique contentI remember when I was trying to make my first dollar online.  It was so frustrating.  All the late night hours trying to figure things out on my own; they only led to me becoming more confused.  All the shiny new objects that flooded my email inbox that led me in in the wrong direction.  I knew it had to be a better way.

The more I searched, the more my desire began to fade.  I often questioned if I was good enough.  Finally I was watching a program late one night and I was given the best piece of advice.  I remember a man on an infomercial saying that sometimes we have to change things up a bit and look at things differently.  I know that sounds like something basic, but it was so true.

My goal was to make my first dollar online, but I didn’t have a specific method that I wanted to use.  With that being said, I looked for ways to make my first dollar online.  As I searched the different internet marketing forums, there was one particular method that kept showing up.  Writing articles for other people.  This was something that continued to catch my eye.

I had taken a college English course and passed with flying colors.  I knew that quality content was king when it comes to the internet.  I also knew that people needed lots quality content for their websites to get ranked in Google.  I knew this was something that I could probably focus on and get results.  As I started looking for different sites, I ran across one by the name of textbroker.com.

Textbroker.com is an article writing site that allows website owners to connect with freelance writers.  I remember writing my first few articles for various clients.  The articles were accepted by the website owners.  Once my account hit the minimum ten dollar threshold, the money was deposited into my Paypal account.  It was a great feeling.  I had finally made money online.  It wasn’t the traditional way that people think of making money online, but I had found something that works.

I have to admit that you won’t get rich using this method, but it still pays some of your bills.  As months went by, I started researching more sites.  I found more places like writersdomain.net, iwriter.com, Odesk.com, Elance.com, and Guru.com. All of these sites allow you to offer your services in exchange for money.  You would be making your first dollar online.

Making that first dollar online doesn’t have to be difficult, but you have to be willing to change you’re thinking if something is not working.  Becoming a member of different outsourcing sites can possibly allow you to make money online, and it can give you the confidence to believe in yourself when you feel you are not good enough to compete in the internet marketing arena.  If you tried everything else and it failed, try producing great quality content for others in order to generate that first dollar online.
